Honduras Is Represented on the Global Blockchain Business Council

ROATÁN, Honduras, March 1, 2023.—The Roatán Financial Services Authority (RFSA) has officially joined the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC) as an observer member. In addition, José Luis Moncada, director of the RFSA and Próspera Innovation Hub, has been named GBBC Ambassador for Honduras, making it one of the first Central American countries represented in the association.

This will deepen our knowledge and help us better serve our stakeholders,” he added.

The Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC) is the leading global industry association for the blockchain technology and digital-assets community. Founded in Davos in 2017, GBBC is a Swiss-based nonprofit with more than 500 institutional members and 231 ambassadors across 109 jurisdictions and disciplines. The organization promotes blockchain adoption by convening regulators, business leaders, and global changemakers to foster collaboration and dialogue and create safer, more equitable, and more functional societies.
