Honduras Próspera Inc. and Próspera ZEDE are two different economic agents: Confirmed

We must differentiate between Próspera ZEDE and the company Honduras Próspera Inc.

Honduras Próspera Inc. is the private company that acts as the General Service Provider (GSP) within the ZEDE (Special Economic Development Zone). It manages the digital portal, registries, and administrative services, among others, through a subsidiary. The ZEDE is the legal framework authorized by the Honduran government and the state-run public institution, which reports to the Ministry of Economic Development. The company operates within this framework; it is not the framework itself, but rather the governance platform for this special zone.

The Prospera ZEDE has a presence in two locations: a plot of land on the island of Roatán, in the Honduran Caribbean, with two distinct areas: Beta District and Pristine Bay; and an area near La Ceiba, on the northern mainland, where the port of Satuyé, promoted by Honduras Prospera Inc., will operate. The ZEDE territory has defined boundaries.
